1.Project inspiration แรงบันดาลใจโครงการ  When I live at my home during weekend or after school. Everytimes I go up at home 3rd floor, I feel hot that the the temperture is bigger than 1st floor. So that i question it why temperature is high. It seem like hot air does not release to outside. and Yes my mother does not open window becuase she doesn’t want the dust or pollute come inside the house. Therefore, it become my project to release hot air from inside home without opening windows or door.  Futhermore, it should automatically operate for more comfortability use.

2.Project expectation ความคาดหวังโครงการ

2.1 Things that i gain from the project as a mathayom 3 is Basic learning about electronic equipments and

having more experiences and more skills that help me more practice before going in the further education.

2.2 More Energy saving, this project is able to reduce inside house temperature. Thus the air condition can reduce work load.

and yes, my electric bill will reduce as well.

4.What learning from this Project สิ่งที่ได้จากการเรียนรู้จากโครงงาน

it does my first project of my life. It is interesting me to use soldering iron and electronics parts practicing skills learning how to design the cage

that is the golden experience of my life to becoming brilliant!

Relay is for Turn ON/OFF the FAN.
Exhaust fan Release Hot Air from inside House to Outside, then decrese house temperature.

As the wiring diagram, i setup and wiring Thermocouple, controller and Relay together. I make the setpoint of temperature to 25 C, Once controller read ambient temperature above 30C, the controller will trun relay ON. the reason behind this becuase Temperature Gap is set at 25C+5 C.That mean above 30C , The mechanical realy is the bridge  for Exhaust FAN ON as well.   Eventaully, it works perfectly !!  I use the relay becuase it is able to support electrical FAN power. (My dad suggest me relay type !)
